Japan's music festivals are known for their legendary performances. Summer Sonic and Fuji Rock are famous for their headline acts and amazing ambiance. But one festival that has flown under the radar is Rock in Japan, and it rivals them both. Head over on the weekends Aug. 3–4 or Aug. 10–12 for a wild day out! What happens? Rock in Japan is five days of different artists from around Asia. You'll get a chance to jam to everything from K-Pop to J-Rock, with bands like ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION and Enhypen taking center stage. A one-day ticket will set you back . How to get there Rock in Japan will be held at Soga Sports Park in Chiba. If coming by train, you can take the JR Keiyo Line to Soga Station. It's an 8-minute walk from there. You can also head to JR Chiba Station, JR Chiba Minato Station, or the Keisei Line's Chibadera Station. They all have morning shuttle buses taking you to the venue for free, and evening ones from the venue back to the stations.
