The annual Okutama Nōryō Fireworks Festival is a tiny fireworks show by Tokyo standards — you can expect just under 1,000 fireworks — but it is in a beautiful natural setting.
Paid seating
While there will be free seating available, there will also be paid seats for 2024 that must be reserved for in advance here. Prices range from ¥1,000 to ¥3,000, depending on the location and whether you need parking as well.
