In the Osaki New City area of Osaki (in front of the New Otani) there will be a summer festival over three days which will include Bon Dancing, Belly Dancing, Manny Mendez and band and a group of Caribbean inspired steel drum players called Pan Note Magic. The bellies will be wobbling on the 23rd and the 25th while Manny Mendez will be performing on the 23rd and Pan Note Magic on the 24th.
Organizers may cancel events, alter schedules, or change admission requirements without notice. Always check official sites before heading to an event.
