PacificRoots FEST 2015

Free

Continuing on last year’s success, the PacificRoots FEST 2015 will be held on the roof of Osanbashi Yokohama International Passenger Terminal—the entryway to the world.

PacificRoots FEST is an outdoor music & culture festival with the goal of increasing exchange of people and culture in the Pacific region through music, art, dance and food.

Artists from the Pacific region as well as Japan will perform live music, hold art exhibitions, and have dance shows celebrating both modern and traditional dancing. There will also be shops where visitors can buy local specialties and food from Pacific countries and meet people from the Pacific region.

Japan’s largest Hawaiian event, Aloha Yokohama 2015 is scheduled to be held on the same dates as PacificRoots FEST. Both events will have free entry for visitors, so please come and enjoy yourselves and experience the warm Pacific breeze carrying the ‘Pacific Roots’.
