Project Godie, a multi-platform heritage program celebrating the North East of England’s strong historic links to Japan through dance, music, film and literature, arrives in Tokyo with this launch event.
As part of the project launch, Adam Denton (co-producer) will perform a live improvised soundtrack to the Project Godie performance film.
The sonic aspect of the film will draw upon sampled material used in the original performances, as well as Denton’s memory of those events; articulated with electric guitar, miscellaneous electronics and voice.
Entry is 500 yen and includes a drink.
Organizers may cancel events, alter schedules, or change admission requirements without notice. Always check official sites before heading to an event.
