Recharge with Nature vol. 2

10:00am – 2:00pm
¥500 (advance sales)¥500 (on the door)

Welcome to Recharge with Nature volume 2! Did you know that nature, exercise, and fresh air are all important parts of mental wellness? Join us for our second hike, this time in lovely Kanagawa. We’ll meet at Hadano Station, stop at Riverside Yoga Hadano Japan for a mindfulness meditation, hike up Koboyama (named for Kobo Daishi), stopping for lunch, and end with a soak at the hot spring foot bath at Tsurumaki Onsen.

500 yen to join through the peatix link, or you can pay on the day — but please drop us a line to let us know you’re coming. All proceeds go to benefit TELL, working for suicide prevention and mental health in Japan.

Bring: water, lunch, and a small towel for the foot bath. It’s likely to be chilly, so layers are advised.

Email outreach@telljp.com with any questions!

Cohosted by TELL and Outdoor Japan, with an assist from Riverside Yoga Hadano and AMMS.
