Star Wars Day at Minatomirai

May the fourth be with you! Star Wars Day descends on Minatomirai like the Death Star, with plenty of excitement around.

What to expect

Expect a lot of interactive Star Wars activities around the Minatomirai area. The main attraction, held in Landmark Plaza, is a light show with scenes from the movies for you to relive the most epic moments from the series.

If your nostalgia won’t stop at a few scenes, though, the MARK IS shopping mall will host all nine movies from May 3 to May 6. They’ll be in English with Japanese subtitles. If you’re a collector, you can also grab limited-edition Star Wars capsule toys (gacha).

For the best younglings, lightsaber-shaped balloons will be on sale for thrilling battles, as well as a small pop-up store with limited-edition goodies.
