Come hungry, leave happy. This outdoor food event is all about pairing wine and meat.
What to expect
The Meat Saitama is a food festival focused on — you guessed it — meat. It aims to bring together the juiciest, smokiest, and most flavor-packed meat dishes Japan has to offer.
There will be over 30 different meat dishes, from seared beef cutlets and smoky skirt steak to Italian-style grilled offal, Korean samgyeopsal, and golden fried chicken, all starting at ¥800.
The wine booth, curated by Grand Marche, will offer a variety of wines. There will also be a sports area and live music.
Schedule 2026
The Meat Saitama takes place from May 1 to 6. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. each day.
How to get there
The Meat Saitama will be held at Saitama New City Keyaki Square, a short walk from JR Saitama-Shintoshin Station.
