If the winter’s chill has taken the edge off a cold beer, the Tokyo Hot Cocktail Fair is here to set things right. Enjoy something sweet, sour, or even a little spicy as you warm yourself up with these unique cocktails.
What happens?
This festival will be held in Ueno’s Onshi Park and focuses on, you guessed it, hot cocktails. Catch several stalls offering unique hot drinks, with everything from beer to spirits.
Apart from the drinking, you can also peruse the food stalls for snacks to go with your shots. You can also enjoy some performances. Shows include dancing, live music, and live painting demonstrations.
Tickets
While entry to the festival is free, you’ll need to pay for your food and drinks with tickets. You can buy these on the day for ¥800 per drink ticket.
However, to avoid queues, you can also buy tickets online. Not only will you avoid any standing around, but they’ll snag you a slight discount, with a set of three drinks coming in at ¥2,250 (that’s ¥150 off), or a set of five for ¥3,650 (¥350 off).
