Tokyo River Clean-Up: Edogawa

2:30pm – 7:00pm
Free

A chance to do something good, meet new people and have a great day out in Tokyo. The river clean-up project focuses on the Arakawa and Edogawa rivers and gets together on a monthly basis. As well as helping the environment, participants can enjoy a guided eco-walk experience along the riverside, learning about the wildlife on the water’s edge. After a few hours of litter-picking, members head out for a picnic or dinner at a local restaurant.

Events involve one or two sessions – either morning, afternoon or both, so you can choose whichever time suits you.

Upcoming dates:
July 4th – Arakawa River Clean Up (at Funabori)
July 17th – Edogawa River Clean Up (near Barakinakayama)
July 25th – Tamagawa River Clean Up (near Daishibashi)

Please double check the event link below for meet-up locations and times specific to each event, as they may vary.

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, many events have been canceled. Always check official sites before heading to an event.
