Too Hot to Be Cool is a regular series of gigs raising money for important climate change charities worldwide. Bringing together rock and indie bands from around Tokyo, their previous sold-out events have raised money for such charities as WWF Japan, For the Future Philippines, and Green Youth Thailand.
What to expect
For the fifth iteration of the event, local rock and punk acts will come together at Shibuya’s Seventh Floor to raise funds for Klima Action Malaysia, a grassroots group fighting for energy justice, Indigenous rights, and climate education in Southeast Asia.

Tickets
Event tickets can be bought both in advance and on the door. Online tickets will be ¥4,000. Tickets on the door will cost ¥5,000. If you’re under 25, you can pick up a youth ticket for ¥2,500.
How to get there
Rock for Climate: Too Hot to Be Cool 5 will be held at the Seventh Floor Shibuya. The easiest way to get there is a quick 6-minute walk from Shibuya Station, on both the JR and Tokyo Subway.
