Akatsuka is a neighbouthood of Itabashi ward in the north of Tokyo and a station (Chikatetsu Akatsuka) on the Yurakucho and Fukutoshin Lines (it’s the same line).
The area is mainly residential but there are lots of small shops with much lower prices for fruit and veges than central Tokyo.
