Ganso Shokuhin Sample-ya specializes in hyper-realistic food replicas, a craft that has been part of Japan’s dining culture since the early 20th century.
Founded in 1932 by Takizo Iwasaki, the company played a key role in popularizing replica foods. These replicas, used in restaurant and department store displays, evolved into an art form reflecting Japan’s rich food culture.
Pick up souvenirs such as magnets, keychains, and DIY sets. Ganso Shokuhin Sample-ya also runs food sample-making workshops (prior reservation required).
