A pier used for sightseeing boats including those run by the Tokyo Cruise company who run most of the well-known river tours of Tokyo.
The “Suijo Bus” (water bus) terminal is located in the more utilitarian glass box of a building, while the more touristy boats leave from the fancy pier with restaurants with views of the water.
Symphony Cruises also has a terminal here.
