The Noge Otsuka Tumulus is a large burial mound within Tamagawa Nogemachi Park, which is to the west of the Todoroki Valley.
It is believed that the mound marks the burial location of an unknown chieftan from the early 5th century.
The mound has a diameter of 66 meters and a height of 11 meters.
