This sports venue has been built inside the Oi Central Seaside Park Sports Forest and hosted the 2020 Olympic Hockey games.

The venue remains after the Olympics as a multi-purpose sports facility. It is a 5-10 minute walk from Oi Keibajo Station on the Tokyo Monorail and a 20 minute walk from Tachiaigawa Station on the Keikyu Line.
