Book one of two 3-hour BBQ sessions: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. (between December and February there is only one 4-hour slot, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.).
Optional food packages include sliced beef and pork, sausages, sliced vegetables, noodles, and seasonings.
