Tokyo Garden Terrace is a fancy office and hotel development on the former site of the iconic Akasaka Prince Hotel.

The building contains the head office of the surprisingly big Yahoo! Japan (it’s owned by Softbank, not US Yahoo).

The bottom levels contain lots of restaurants and cafes—from reasonable to high-end. The centerpiece of the plaza on the 4th floor is the Akasaka Prince Classic House—the restored first version of the Prince Hotel, that was constructed in 1930.
