Tokyo Metropolitan Central Library is a large research library located within Arisugawa Park in Minami-Azabu.
Since it’s a research library, you can’t take out any of the books. However, you can read them within the library and you can also take copies.
There is also a cafe within the library, so you don’t need to leave.
