What to expect
Expect a fun day out for all the family. A mixture of tame and thrilling rides will keep you occupied for hours. If rides aren’t your thing, don’t worry — there are plenty of other experiences to enjoy, including customizing your own U.F.O noodles or going down the waterslides in Pool WAI (only open during the summer).
For something relaxing, there’s Hana Biyori, which features a fancy botanical Starbucks, and the large hot-spring spa Kakei no Yu.
Given its location, surrounded by gorgeous nature, Yomiuriland is also a great sakura-viewing spot. Winter also brings the popular Jewellumination — one of Tokyo’s all-time best illumination events.
