Falafel Brothers is a tiny falafel bar located about 100 meters from Roppongi Crossing.
The menu consists of half sandwiches for ¥500, full size sandwiches for ¥900 and falafel salad bowls (minus the pita bread) for ¥1,000. They also have fala-burgers, hummus sandwiches, fala-hotdogs and vegan soup.
The falafel and ingredients are excellent. Our only (minor) quibble is that the pita texture goes for the soft flufiness popular with Japanese rather than a slightly more fibrous texture favored outside Japan.
