Hachiban is a brew-pub izakaya. You can only order their beers and they only offer nomihodai (all you can drink) and a dinner course so it’s only really good value if you feel like getting plastered. The atmosphere is lively but the service can be a little slow when crowded. The reviews on Rate Beer are less than complimentary but I found it reasonable. The 2 hour all you can drink + food course is 4,200yen. Varieties include a Weizen, a Dark Ale, a Dunkel Weizen and a Chocolate Ale. There’s also a branch in Nihonbashi.
