This exclusive sake-tasting experience is usually a members-only affair, but visitors to Japan now have special access. Over the course of an hour, you’ll learn how Hasegawa Eiga sake is made — using both traditional and modern techniques — and how small adjustments can make big differences to the final product.

You’ll also enjoy seasonal appetizers, perfectly paired with the sake, curated by the head chef and owner of the Ginza Wakyo restaurant.
