If you want to stroll down a cherry blossom-lined street without big crowds, then head to Spain-zaka near Ark Hills.
The mature cherry trees lining the roads around Roppongi’s Spain-zaka are amongst the most spectacular and least known in Tokyo. While there aren’t really any places to put down a mat for a picnic, the area is great for an evening stroll.
While the area has its festival for only three days, the cherry blossoms along the street will be lit up throughout the whole flowering period. There will be gourmet stands, music performances, and a festive spirit.
Tip: Sprout Café Sakurazaka has a lovely outdoor terrace with charming cherry blossoms views.
