Spain-zaka (Spanish slope) is a road next to Ark Hills that runs from Roppongi Dori up towards the Spanish embassy. For about 50 weeks of the year, the road is quite unremarkable. For the roughly two weeks in spring when the hundreds of mature cherry blossoms burst into bloom, the area is spectacular.
Not to be confused with the more famous Spain-zaka in Shibuya.
