Highlights 2026

ICYMI, mala tang is having a moment in Tokyo. The Chinese dish starts with a spicy, numbing broth, then lets you choose your own ingredients — usually vegetables, tofu, noodles, mushrooms and meat — before everything is cooked together and priced by weight.
