Ebisu Garden Place Illumination and Christmas Market

Featuring a 10-meter-tall Christmas tree, a massive chandelier, and a whole load of lights, the display at Yebisu (Ebisu) Garden Place is one of the fancier of the season.

What happens?

Along with the Christmas tree, row of lights, and chandelier, the Christmas marche is back. While not overflowing with goods and festive food, the market does feature mulled wine and trinkets for a cheeky cup or last-minute present purchase.

Schedule 2025

Illuminations run from November 8, 2025 (Sat) to March 1, 2026 (Sun), lit nightly from 4 to 5 p.m. (starting at 5 p.m. on opening day).

The Christmas Market, held in Clock Square, operates from November 8 ( Sat.) to December 25 (Thu.) from 5 to 8 p.m. on weekdays, and extending from noon to 8 p.m. on weekends and holidays. From November 28 (Fri), Château Square joins the festivities with more stalls and warm drinks.

Adding rhythm to the lights, GOOD MUSIC TERRACE by Blue Note Place runs across three weekends: Dec 5–7, Dec 12–14, and Dec 19–21, plus Dec 23–25. There will be DJs, beignets, and café au lait on the terrace from 5:30 to 8 p..m. on weekdays and 3 to 8 p.m. on weekends.
