What to expect You will be making 8 pieces of nigiri (raw fish on top of a ball of rice), temaki (hand-rolled sushi), and kappa-maki (cucumber roll). The toppings for the nigiri include tuna, salmon, scallops, shrimp, and salmon roe. You can also try freshly grounded wasabi mustard. Tsukiji Sushi Friends's instructors -- the sushi friends -- are graduates of a prestigious sushi school in Tokyo. The workshop will be conducted primarily in English, but there will also be support in Chinese and Tagalog. How much? The workshop costs for adults and children over 7 years old to attend.
