For a compelling and — some may say — controversial art exhibit, head to the Mori Art Museum for MACHINE LOVE: Video Game, AI and Contemporary Art exhibition, where the fusion of artist and AI is on display.
What to expect
MACHINE LOVE: Video Game, AI and Contemporary Art is a series of over 50 art pieces that explore the interplay of art and tech. It features artwork that explores the breakdown of race, gender, and other social issues in the virtual space.
11 award-winning artists have come together to create this exhibition and make it an interactive experience. You can try debating with AI characters on topics like ethics and morality, or just gander at the philosophical art on show.
Tickets
Tickets to MACHINE LOVE can be bought in person or online in advance. Advance tickets are ¥1,800 for adults, ¥1,300 for students, and ¥1,500 for over-65s on weekdays. Weekend advance prices are ¥200 more expensive than the weekday prices, so an adult advance weekend ticket is ¥2,000.
If you buy at the door, the tickets are an extra ¥200 on top of the advance price. So an adult counter weekend ticket sets you back ¥2,200.
Organizers may cancel events, alter schedules, or change admission requirements without notice. Always check official sites before heading to an event.Add to Calendar
