A fairly small illumination display that’s worth a look if you happen to be in the area. Every evening for a month, Shinjuku Central Park is being lit up with thousands of LED lights, glowing beasties, and other types of installations.
On December 23 and 24, around 4000 candles will make their appearance in the Water Square. The first hundred or so visitors will get to design their own candle holders. It will take place from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and will be canceled if it rains.Organizers may cancel events, alter schedules, or change admission requirements without notice.
