What to expect
Takao Beer Mount is definitely the highest beer garden in Tokyo — situated on the side of Mt. Takao in western Tokyo, it offers a chance to drink and eat with a unique view across the city.
If you opt for the buffet with unlimited drinks course, you’ll get to try different beers, highballs, wines, and cocktails on an all-you-can-drink plan for 90 minutes. But the event isn’t just for drinks (or adults). The all-you-can-eat buffet includes all kinds of Japanese and Western dishes. If you’re a budding grillmaster, you can also add and unlimited BBQ option for ¥2,100 extra each. Eat, enjoy, and have an evening to unwind.
Other options include takeout like hot dogs and ramen or the BBQ-only plans which include Noto pork or Noto pork + beef options.
Tickets
You can either reserve a seat at the Takao Beer Mount in advance online, or just show up and ask for a seat. We’d recommend reserving, especially on weekends or holidays which tend to be busy. Either way, the prices are the same for the buffet plan, with adults paying ¥4,500, senior and student discounts are available.
