Welcome to the Tokyo Art Tank Vol. 13, a week-long art exhibition showcasing the incredible talent of 30 groundbreaking Tokyo-based artists.
What to expect
Immerse yourself in a world of creativity and explore a diverse range of artistic expressions that capture Tokyo’s current art scene. There’s a wide range of captivating styles on display — marvel at the abstract, realist, contemporary, and impressionist works.
Apart from the main exhibition days (Fri. to Sun.), there is also a series of free art-related events that will enrich your experience and deepen your connection to the art on display. You can even take home a piece of Tokyo’s artistic spirit with you (all artwork and merch are for sale).

We are thrilled to invite you to the much-anticipated Tokyo Art Tank Volume 13! This year’s theme celebrates the beauty of spring in Tokyo and highlights the enchanting cherry blossoms, the city’s vibrant nature, and the exhilarating spirit of our beloved city, Tokyo.

This is more than just an art exhibition. Find inner peace with a yoga class, unleash your creativity at a poetry reading, or enjoy the magic of indie Tokyo films and acoustic rock performances.
While the main exhibition takes place on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (11 a.m. to 8 p.m.), there are other free events taking place throughout the week:
- Yoga & Art Class with Shoko (Tuesday, April 8, 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., RSVP needed)
- Indie Film Night (Wednesday, April 9, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.)
- Poetry reading hosted by Tokyo Poetry Journal (Thursday, April 10, 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.)
Tip: The first 10 people to visit the exhibition on Saturday will receive free goodies.
