Join us for our 28th Cheapo Downtown Drinks – this time we’ll be relaxing on a rooftop in Otsuka! You can find us on the roof of Ryozan Park, a co-working space with some fantastic views. All are welcome—from readers to travelers to mysterious strangers, just bring yourselves and some drinks!
