This will be the 12th traditional Japanese music concert, and this year the show will take place in a beautiful Japanese Temple, Ryugenji!
On the performance program are several Nagauta music extracts and two Kabuki dance shows. There are a variety of instruments on stage: a shamisen (3 string-guitar), taiko (drum), shinobue (flute), shakuhachi (flute), nohkan (flute), koto (harp), ko-tsuzumi and o-tsuzumi (drums), as well as singers.
The dances will be performed by two young professional dancers in full traditional kimono.
Organizers may cancel events, alter schedules, or change admission requirements without notice. Always check official sites before heading to an event.
