Shopping at Card Rush is simplified by their website, which allows you to search for cards in English. However, in-store shopping requires browsing through display cases with the assistance of staff. The journey to Ikebukuro or Akihabara is worthwhile, as their discount cases often feature cards at up to 50% off.
