Make your way out of central Shibuya along Meiji-dori and you’ll soon stumble upon Hi-Fi Records, a small record store that is well worth a visit if you’re on the hunt for bargains.

The tiny store, full of vintage treasures, is on the third floor.

The store specialises in second-hand vinyl across genres including jazz, soul, funk, rock, and Japanese city pop — making it a reliable stop for bargain hunters and crate diggers alike. Stock turns over regularly so repeat visits often turn up new finds. Note it’s closed on Thursdays.
