Kasai Rinkai Park is a large, green park on the edge of Tokyo Bay, with the mouth of the Ara River to the west and a branch of the Edo River exiting to the east.

Diamond and Flower Ferris Wheel

Kasai Rinkai Park’s most obvious feature is the giant ferris wheel which is visible from miles around. The ferris wheel provides panoramic views of Tokyo Bay, Eastern Tokyo, and neighboring Tokyo Disney. On a clear day, you’ll be able to spot Mount Fuji to the south. How to get to Kasai Rinkai Park

Easiest access is via Kasai-rinkai Park Station on the Keiyo Line. There is also a Suijo Bus (ferry/cruise) service to the park from Ryogoku (¥2,400) and Odaiba (¥1,200).
