Shibuya Cast is a relatively new mixed use retail and office development located at the end of Cat Street (or the start depending on where you’re coming from) on the other side of Meiji Dori avenue from Miyashita Park.
The “garden” area at the front of the building has a few cafes and often hosts food trucks. There is also a large exhibition space on the same level. Upper levels contain shops, cafes, a co-working space, and offices.
