Combining Korean BBQ and Yakiniku, Kollabo is a mid-range chain with good quality beef and an Izakaya feel. They have pricier cuts of beef if you’re feeling fancy but the regular options are delicious too. Be sure to try the wakame soup which is especially delicious. The photos below are from the Kichijoji branch but they have 24 restaurants across Tokyo including Shibuya, Shinjuku, Roppongi, Ginza and Sangenjaya.
