Teamwork genuinely makes the dream work at this fireworks festival.

What happens?

Kawasaki City and Tokyo’s Setagaya Ward join forces to stage their annual fireworks festival. From the right viewing spot, you can catch both shows at once. Around 6,000 fireworks are expected to go off.

This is a rare chance to see double the fireworks along the same stretch of river.

Suggested Activity

The main viewing areas for the Kawasaki portion of the fireworks will be on the southeast side of Futako Bridge. The main location of the Tamagawa Fireworks Festival will be on the diagonally opposite side of the river, on the north-west side of Futako Bridge.

Schedule 2025

The fireworks will go off on Saturday, October 4, from 6 to 7 p.m.

How to get there
