The Minato Mirai Smart Fireworks Festival celebrates the charms of Yokohama.

As well as the main fireworks display, there are a host of other things happening.

- 17:30: Street performances
- 18:30: DJ Tei music stage
- 19:00: Dance performances
- 19:30: Fireworks start
Tickets
There are some locations around the general Minato Mirai area where you can see the fireworks for free. However, for the best views, you need to purchase a ticket. Prices vary depending on the number of people and the location. The cheapest tickets are the ones for the Rinko Park area, which cost ¥4,500 per person.
Tickets will be on sale from 10 a.m. June 5 and again on June 27. Please check the official website for more details.
How to get there
This event takes place around the Minato Mirai area. To get there, take the Minato Mirai Line to Minato Mirai Station and walk up to 5 minutes.
Organizers may cancel events, alter schedules, or change admission requirements without notice. Always check official sites before heading to an event.
