Count on Tokyo Disney Resort to celebrate Halloween! Expect parades, themed food and merchandise, and special decorations at both parks.
Costumes
While kids aged 11 and below are allowed to visit Disneyland and DisneySea in costume all year, Halloween is a special time when those aged 12 and up can also dress up. This year’s Disney Halloween will allow guests to dress up during the entire period from September 14 to October 31.
Rules
Of course, this being Tokyo Disney Resort, visitors can only dress up as Disney characters, but that includes those from Pixar, Disney Channel, Star Wars, and the MCU (not Spiderman, though). They have a very specific list of characters you can cosplay, and other restrictions on what you can wear, so check the official website in advance (in Japanese).
Organizers may cancel events, alter schedules, or change admission requirements without notice. Always check official sites before heading to an event.
