Nestled right next to the west exit of Ikebukuro Station, Ikebukuro Nishiguchi Park used to be a dowdy, windswept, bare patch of concrete. After a recent renovation, it’s now a fancy looking area of windswept concrete. Since the renovation, it has been re-branded as an open-air theatre.
The park is an often used venue for outdoor festivals and events.
