Perched just off the main road towards the Great Buddha of Kamakura, m’s terrace is a peaceful café escape.
What’s m’s terrace?
This small café, with its terrace seating, serves a selection of drinks, cakes, and light lunch options. Its standout item is the “Daibutsu yaki” — a small pancaked filled with red-bean paste, shaped like the Great Buddha (¥280).
While the indoor space has a cozy, homely atmosphere, the terrace is the place to be on a bright, sunny day. If you’re on the go, no worries — you can take out drinks and the Daibutsu yaki too.
Note: If you’d like to dine in and enjoy the Daibutsu yaki, you’ll need to order a drink as well.
