What is Port Tomigaya like?
Although a small space, this café has a lot of heart. Serves a wide range of coffee, as well as non-coffee and alcholic options. You can even get some baked goods and brunch-style food. The café is open until 9 p.m. everyday, and serves Japanese wine, sake, and craft beers. Prices for drinks range from ¥390 to ¥1,100.
You can also buy coffee, beer and locally made goods to take home with you.

No, you can simply walk in. Note, there aren’t many seats inside, so try to go early in the morning or later in the afternoon.
