Experience sound and sight fused together. The best works of the late composer and artist Ryuichi Sakamoto come to Tokyo’s Museum of Contemporary Art, showcasing his visions.
What to expect
Since the 2000s, Ryuichi Sakamoto’s work has focused on turning sound into a 3D experience. Through working with different artists, as well as utilizing space and unique installations, he created immersive sounds that guests could be surrounded by and embraced. This exhibition will cover the greatest hits from his work, with his unfinished plans taking center stage.
Tickets
Tickets can be purchased either online or in-person on the day. Prices are ¥2,400 for adults, and drop to ¥1,700 for over-65’s, university and college students. Junior high school and high school students pay ¥960, and elementary school kids and younger are free.
