A sports complex next to the Sumida River to the north of Asakusa Station.

Within the complex, there is a 400m athletics running track, outdoor swimming pools, a gym, a baseball ground, and tennis courts.

One of the areas (there are two) from which the fireworks are launched for the annual Sumidagawa Fireworks Festival is on the Sumida River banks next to the park to the south of Sakurabashi Bridge.

The area directly surrounding this location will be inaccessible during the fireworks festival. Spectators are recommended to observe the display from the opposite river bank.
