Recipes:

Broccoli soup – boil head of brocolli in beef or veg consume/stock till tender, then blend. Salt and pepper to taste. Easy 🙂
Tuna Sashimi Salad – Sashimi off cuts from OK supermarket, chopped avocado and some cress salad, drizzle of olive oil if you like.
Lemon chili prawns – mash up a chili, rind of 1/2 a lemon, juice of 1/2 a lemon, 2 cloves of garlic. Fry a 300 – 400g pack of fresh raw prawns (frozen will also be okay) in olive oil till they turn pink, then add the chili lemon mash, stir for a minute then serve. Parsley sprigs to serve if you feel like splashing out.
Greg’s mussel delight – frozen mussels from Hanamasa, some chopped seasonal veg, e.g. courgettes, onions, garlic, can tomatoes, eggplant. Listen to the podcast to find out the gory details!
