Oimachi Tracks is a retail, dining, office, and residential complex at the junction of Oimachi Station’s three train lines. It was opened in March 2026. What to expect With Oimachi’s history as a transit hub, the concept of Oimachi Tracks draws on the area’s literal railyard tracks, as well as the “intersection” of local lifestyles and daily routines, “urban flow”, and -- apparently -- music “tracks”. While it’s obviously a new and large urban redevelopment project, it doesn’t detract too much from the area’s local Showa vibes and offers spacious green spaces and community areas, as well as more than a handful of things to do. Highlights include the Hotel Metropolitan Oimachi Tracks, which has trackside views at two dining venues: The Tailor Yard Main Dining, a “new classic” bistro, and The Travelers House Rooftop Bar, offering original cocktails and panoramic views of the city. Oimachi Tracks also features 80 shops and restaurants. Retail stores include a Tsutaya bookstore, fashion outlets, interior goods, pet products, supermarkets, and drugstores. Dining spaces include a variety of Japanese options, such as sushi and tonkatsu, as well as international offerings like Italian, Sizzler (!), Korean, Chinese, and Spanish, along with various cafés and sweets stores. The Toho cinema has 8 screens and features popular films as well as live concerts and theater recordings. The area also has some coworking spaces and other offices. How to get there Oimachi Tracks is situated right above Oimachi Station on the Keihin-Tōhoku, Tokyu Oimachi, and Rinkai lines.
